COMMUNITY MANAGER – MINBURGER

This role is for someone who knows how to turn social presence into measurable growth and real business impact.

As Community Manager, you will act as the strategic bridge between MinBurger, its community, and its network of external creators, transforming content, UGC, and collaborations into organic growth, brand authority, and conversion.

PLATFORM STRATEGY & GROWTH

• Manage and optimize Instagram and TikTok aligned with brand identity and commercial objectives.
• Design and execute monthly editorial calendars focused on awareness, education, and conversion.
• Identify trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging formats.
• Integrate owned content with UGC and influencer collaborations.
• Drive traffic toward digital sales channels (web menu & WhatsApp).

CONTENT PRODUCTION & CREATIVE EXECUTION

• Capture on-site content regularly (product, customers, team, real moments).
• Plan and execute monthly shooting sessions based on content needs.
• Produce and edit mobile-first video and photo assets (Reels & TikTok).
• Ensure strong visual consistency, aesthetic quality, and brand positioning.
• Write high-converting copy aligned with campaigns and revenue goals.
• Adapt third-party content (foodies / UGC) to maintain visual and narrative coherence.

CREATOR & UGC STRATEGY

• Identify and manage collaborations with foodies and micro-influencers.
• Design product seeding dynamics and creative briefs for UGC generation.
• Negotiate basic collaboration terms (gifting, exchange, paid agreements).
• Curate and repurpose UGC to strengthen social proof.
• Measure collaboration impact on reach, traffic, and conversion.
• Build and maintain an active creator database.

COMMUNITY, SOCIAL SELLING & PERFORMANCE

• Manage DMs and comments with competitive response times.
• Apply customer service protocols on social platforms.
• Detect conversion opportunities and redirect traffic to sales channels.
• Monitor KPIs: engagement rate, reach, growth, saves, CTR, and conversions.
• Execute basic paid campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Amplify high-performing UGC through paid media.
• Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.

What you will do:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media for consumer, retail, or lifestyle brands.

  • Proven experience working with creators, UGC, or influencer marketing campaigns.

  • Strong digital strategic thinking and aesthetic judgment.

  • Advanced copywriting skills (creative & commercial).

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Strong command of CapCut and native mobile editing tools.

  • Functional knowledge of Photoshop and Canva.

  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical orientation.

  • Proactive, autonomous, and relationship-oriented.

KEY ACCOUNT/PROJECT MANAGER

this role is for someone who knows how to turn ideas into results and lead projects end-to-end within the Ranga / Mindo ecosystem.

This is a key role to transform strategy and creativity into profitable outcomes, ensuring operational order, on-time delivery, financial control, and sustainable growth.

STRATEGY, QUALITY & INNOVATION

  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans.

  • Ensure execution aligns with brand vision, creative standards, and business goals.

  • Identify opportunities for innovation, optimization, upsell, and cross-sell.

  • Detect risks, bottlenecks, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Focus on delivering creative solutions with real business impact.

PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGEMENT

  • Lead end-to-end management of projects, accounts, and business units.

  • Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Control timelines, deliverables, budgets, and profit margins.

  • Ensure operational order, process efficiency, and on-time delivery.

  • Maintain clear project visibility in weekly status meetings.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners.

ACCOUNT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Ensure clear communication, expectation management, and accountability.

  • Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs.

  • Drive trust, collaboration, and sustainable account growth.

What you will do:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related fields.

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager / Account Manager in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or PR (direct interaction with brands is essential).

  • Leadership of business units, projects, or portfolios.

  • Experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or digital media business environments.

  • Simultaneous management of multiple projects with financial impact.

  • Direct communication with clients and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

  • CRM management and tracking/analytics platforms (GA4 + UTM).

  • Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Basic design tools knowledge: Canva, Adobe Suite, among others.

  • Knowledge and management of social media platforms and reporting.
